QUALITY POLICY
STATEMENT

The Management of J.V. Holt & Company is committed to the task of implementing and maintaining an effective quality assurance system.

The system is designed to control all activities critical to the successful operation of the company and is based on the requirements of AS/NZS ISO 9002:1994.

It is the Company's policy that quality projects are completed on time, within budget, and comply with contractual requirements. Implementation of the quality system will provide objective evidence that customer and statutory requirements are being met.

This manual and the system referenced therein describes how work is planned and executed to achieve the required assurance of quality and a high degree of consistency in all completed work.

All personnel in the Company are required to implement this policy into their work area through proper adherence to the Quality Manual.

J.V. Holt & Company are committed to providing a safe and healthy work environment for its' employees and visitors. We will comply with statutory requirements, customer safety policies and community expectations in the course of its operations.

J.V. Holt & Company will adopt a consultative approach with its employees and construct a safe and healthy work environment through workplace risk assessment safe work methods, training and specialist advice.

It is an employees legal and moral responsibility to ensure their own health and safety and that of their fellow worker or anyone under their sphere of influence by:

1. Following all safety rules and instructions.

2. Using all personal protective equipment (PPE) as required or instructed.

3. Reporting all hazards, (Potential or existing), injuries or ill health.
